Our bags were all packed and we even had a few moments of relaxation before our chauffeur arrived. After a short stop at a goodbye party for some friends who were on the way to Bangladesh, we were on our way to New York.

terminal 2 and stood in line at the ticket counter. Although the lady at the counter
immediately discovered that we do not have the required tickets for Karen, she took
about 30 minutes to decide what to do with us. Finally after several phone calls
and much discussion with her colleagues, she directed us across the street, around
the bend, and up the hill to terminal 3 where we would need to purchase a ticket
for our 10 month-
